I’m Charlotte. I don’t offer "life hacks" that require you to change who you are. Instead,
we look at your specific executive function profile and accommodate it.

What happens next.
If you want to discuss coaching, here is exactly what happens next:
1. The Discovery Call (30 mins.)
A low-pressure chat to see if we click. Camera-on or camera-off—it’s entirely up to you. There’s no need to "perform" or mask. We’ll just talk about where you are and where you want to be.
2. The Deep Dive
Once we decide to move forward, our first full session is about mapping your brain’s landscape. We identify your biggest "friction points" and set 2–3 tangible goals that feel achievable, not exhausting.
3. Ongoing Support
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions designed to be a judgment-free zone. You don't need to come prepared with an agenda if your brain is foggy that day—we’ll work with whatever energy you bring to the call.
Note: During our sessions, you are welcome to fidget, pace, or doodle. You don't need to worry about taking formal notes; our focus is on the breakthrough, not the paperwork.

practical preparations
You do not need any specific experience or formal preparation for a coaching session. My goal is to keep the barrier to entry as low as possible for your brain.

Your Environment: All you need is a reliable internet connection and a space where you feel comfortable talking in.

The "No-Performance" Rule: You are welcome to keep your camera off, use fidget toys, pace, or eat during our sessions. Whatever helps you regulate is encouraged here.

Focus on the Conversation: You don’t need to worry about taking formal notes. Our sessions are about the internal shifts and breakthroughs; you can stay fully present in the moment without the pressure of homework or administrative tracking.
