Holistic Approach to Career Coaching
Coaching by Charlotte offers a transformative approach to life and career coaching, grounded in the belief that you are one unified being. Integrating all aspects of yourself is key to achieving healthy and lasting success, which is why I shift away from a conventional focus on goal achievement and instead go into an exploration of your "why." Sessions foster self-compassion, challenge self-criticism, and are always firmly rooted in reality. Traditional coaching topics like goal setting, communication, and habit formation are covered, but gently woven into this holistic approach. In a judgment-free and open environment, you'll find a confidential space for self-exploration, growth, and the realization of your potential – as one whole person.
Evening coaching sessions for busy women
Living and working in the city —and the City— comes with unique challenges and constraints. I know your days are packed, and finding time for personal coaching and reflection during work hours can be tough, especially with the return to office life. That's why I offer evening coaching sessions. Sessions are available from Monday to Friday between 2 pm and 11 pm, allowing you to focus on the session without juggling work calls and care obligations.

The price for a 1-hour session is £35. The six session program is only £25 per hour.

practical preparations
You do not need any specific experience or preparation for a life coaching session. All you need is an internet connection and uninterrupted access to a place where you feel comfortable to talk for about 60 minutes.
