I felt stuck in my career and wanted a big change. I needed someone to help me see the full picture and ask me the tough questions I was scared to ask myself. The required change turned out to be much less daunting than it seemed. During our sessions Charlotte was encouraging and kind, which in turn helped me find the confidence to hold myself accountable.

Charlotte's coaching is awesome! She helped me identify my strong points and the qualities I thought I lost in a difficult relationship. I had very little confidence left and wanted to start building that back up. I was worried of being silly and making a big deal of it. Charlotte was supportive and empowering, and always made me feel like my issues were worth talking about and working on. 

My romantic and dating life was not my strong point and I kept blaming others. Coaching helped me break through some very strong beliefs I had about my own worth. It was difficult to confront these feelings, but so empowering to leave all the unkind ideas I held about myself behind and focus on compassion and confidence.

I was looking for a coach who could help me align my values with my new career (I changed my career to start a company), and Charlotte was the perfect fit. I felt lonely as I started my business and noticed I often became overwhelmed by all the well meaning advice. We identified what matters in my work and developed a plan to pursue it.

Work-life balance was always a struggle. Being ambitious is one of my core values, but I also want to have a fun home life. I learned to recognise what I need in the moment, and not blindly focus on what's right in front. Getting my priorities right was a journey but I have been able to let go of so much I “had” to do.

I have a hard time setting boundaries. I started coaching sessions to find out what stopped me from setting boundaries, and how I can protect my peace. As a kid I was badly bullied and I felt like I never learnt how to say no without making myself a target. I feel more in control of my life now, and my confidence in relationships have improved significantly.
