How It Works

The Intro: We start with a free 30-minute consultation (phone or video) to see if we’re a good fit.

The Plan: We select a Calgary trailhead and a focus area for your coaching.

The Walk: A 60-minute session at your pace. We focus on the conversation, not the cardio.

The Weather: If it’s below -5C or above 27C, we’ll reschedule or move to a virtual session.
